SPARKLING WINES
In recent years, many producers and wineries in Sardinia have carried out important projects in the production of sparkling wines from indigenous Sardinian vines. Fresh, processed in most cases with the Charmat method, the most prized Sardinian vines suitable for sparkling are Torbato and Vermentino, but there are also more continental variants such as Brut sparkling wines made from Chardonnay grapes, ideal to be paired not only with the flavours of the sea but also with any mealtime or with refined pastries during festive moments.
