Renowned and sought-after, Sardinian white wines are a must to enrich the flavours of the Mediterranean and the seafood dishes on our tables and in our kitchens. Vermentino di Gallura and Vermentino di Sardegna remain the most renowned, but there are still some sought-after and hidden realities in the vast world of native Sardinian vines. The Nasco, with its characteristic scent of undergrowth and notes of bitter almonds, the Torbato wine typical of Alghero, fresh and summery, ideal with fish dishes such as spaghetti with botargo.
