Karagnanj is a Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore produced by Azienda Agricola Tondini of Calangianus. Karagnanj is obtained from grapes cultivated on sandy soils at 350 metres above sea level, one of the best contexts for the cultivation of this vine. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September; pressed, they are fermented in stainless steel containers, the same material in which they subsequently mature for a few months.
