CENTOGEMME
CENTOGEMME
Poderi Perpinello decided to graft 100 Torbato buds from which the first 100 vines were produced. Today those buds have become 50,000 plants covering an area of 11 hectares. Torbato is a vine native to the Aegean basin, which arrived in our land during the Catalan domination. In Italy it is found only in Sardinia, in the area of Alghero.
Abbinamenti
Excellent as an aperitif, it pleasantly accompanies fish and white meat dishes.
