Caralis is a Brut sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes, produced by the Cantine di Dolianova. Its beautiful pale straw colour, elegant and intense bouquet, good body and lively flavour make it an excellent wine for aperitifs, thanks to its floral freshness. Served chilled, between 6 and 8°C, it is perfect enjoyed within two years of harvest.
