Seadasor Sebadasare a typical Sardinian sweet: two sheets of pastry prepared with durum wheat semolina, which contain fresh cheese, slightly acidulous and scented with the zest of fresh citrus fruits. Some people fry them in olive oil, others in lard and others in ordinary peanut oil. The important thing is that they are crispy on the outside and… stringy on the inside! Excellent if sprinkled with white sugar or honey selected by JanasFood.
