The classic sausage is one of the most famous typical Sardinian products. It comes in the classic ‘horseshoe’ shape and is stuffed into a natural casing. Flavoured with traditional Sardinian herbs, it is excellent included in the land appetizer and combined with a good Cannonau di Sardegna.
