Myrtle and pork: the perfect combination, one of the masterpiece of typical Sardinian cuisine. This Sardinian myrtle sausage has a sweet and spicy flavour. The first time you cut it, you will feel the unique aroma of the Sardinian Mediterranean vegetation. Excellent cut into 2 mm thick oblique slices as part of a serving tray of typical cold cuts and cheeses.
Each piece is a story in itself: worked at the point of a knife, skilfully seasoned with spices and aromatic herbs, then left to mature naturally for as long as necessary in order to obtain an excellent product, destined for the finest palates.
