FRESH MALLOREDDUS
Rich in flavour, made with local raw materials such as eggs, water and durum wheat semolina. Their shape recalls a small shell and traditionally they were streaked with the ends of a straw basket or with a grooved wooden base. In the most classic way they are served with Campidanese sauce with Sardinian sausage and tomato or with seafood.
